Refund and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Print My DTF. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights under UK law and how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (Non-Customised Goods): You have 14 days from receiving non-customised goods to cancel. Notify us in writing via support@printmydtf.co.uk. You then have 14 more days to return items. Refund includes goods and standard delivery, but you must pay return shipping unless faulty.

2. Customised or Personalised Goods: The right to cancel does not apply to custom or personalised items. If faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.

3. Faulty or Defective Goods: Report within 30 days for refund or replacement. After 30 days (up to 6 months), repair or replacement will be offered. Refunds issued if not possible.

4. How to Return Items: Contact support@printmydtf.co.uk with your order number and details. We will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Delivery refunds cover only standard shipping.

6. Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for customised items (unless faulty), late returns, or items used/worn/damaged by the customer.
